I've finally taken the position today and am now associate professor!

Hello, I’m professor Fernando Costa. Pleased to make your acquaintance

It is now official, from March 26, 2024 until the end of my life (probably), I’m professor at the Federal Universty of Paraíba, attached to the Mathematics Department. Although I requested urgency in the process, another fellow professor (Luiz Sérgio Plácido da Silva) has also managed to take the position at the same time and the Rector professor Valdiney Gouveia organized the usual ceremony for us. The “Pro-rector of Staff Management”, professor Rita de Cássia Pereira, was also present. My wife, Wiliane do Nascimento Costa was also with me! Here are some photos of the event.
